"Before I even visited, I was impressed by Scott's passion and knowledge. He spoke about dentistry with a level of excitement and confidence I had never seen before. I have been to many dentists, but he clearly cared about providing the absolute top level of care more than any other dentist I had ever spoken to, even if that meant far more cost and effort for him. When I explained minor dental problems that I had experienced several times, like a crown coming off, he was literally aghast. My dentists had responded with, "sometimes when you eat something hard or sticky that can happen, come in and we'll put it back on". Scott saw something like a crown coming off as a complete failure of the dentist doing their job properly. When I walked into Scott's office for the first time it was clear this was a different type of operation. He replaced three of my crowns in one sitting and it was more comfortable than much smaller procedures I have had done. I have been to a wide range of dentists from simple family dentists to relatively advanced practices in high-priced areas of Washington, DC. Scott clearly focused on the art and science of dentistry, uncompromising, and the business followed."
